Quotations

Written quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the information provided at the time. Additional work discovered on site will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

Workmanship

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion; manufacturer warranties apply to supplied parts and appliances.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger installations may require a deposit towards materials.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
